The Crab boasts a bright and inviting living space furnished with two light grey sofas, a coffee table, and a flat-screen TV that offers Freeview and Netflix for entertainment. The adjoining dining area, with a large rectangular table and six wooden chairs, provides a comfortable setting for family meals. The kitchen is designed for convenience, equipped with all necessary appliances to facilitate meal preparation. Each of the three bedrooms is designed for comfort, featuring plush bedding and premium linens, with the main bedroom showcasing a luxurious four-poster king-size bed.
Outside, guests can enjoy a private courtyard enclosed by historic grade II listed walls from the former St Mary’s monastery, providing a tranquil space to unwind. The property is part of a larger complex, Graham Close Holiday Homes, which can accommodate larger groups if The Crab and its neighboring unit, The Shark, are booked together. To ensure the protection of the property during stays, a damage deposit or an accidental damage waiver is required from guests.
