There’s also a kitchen/diner, a utility, a sitting room with a woodburning stove and a first-floor snug with a sofa bed. Appliances include an electric oven, gas hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, washing machine dishwasher and tumble dryer, and for entertainment there are two Smart TVs and WiFi. Outside, there is ample off-road parking and a rear garden with lawn, patio, furniture and hammocks. Fuel, power, a starter pack for woodburning stove, bed linen and towels are all included in the rent. Two well-behaved dogs are welcome (downstairs only). Sorry, this is a smoke-free property.
