The design encourages an inviting indoor/outdoor atmosphere, with patio doors that lead to a furnished patio area, complete with a bubbling hot tub, perfect for unwinding after a day of exploration.
The lodge's central location allows guests to easily access the surrounding 250 acres of natural woodland, providing ample opportunities for outdoor activities. A short distance away lies Roadford Lake, one of Devon's most stunning landmarks, where visitors can engage in various water sports such as kayaking, sailing, or stand-up paddleboarding. Roadford Lake Lodges is tailored for couples and families looking for a peaceful holiday experience, making it an ideal base for those wishing to immerse themselves in the beauty of the Devon lakeside setting. However, it is important to note that the lodge is not suitable for party groups.
Hazel Lodge is pet-friendly, allowing up to two dogs to accompany guests during their stay. A fee of £25 per pet per week applies, and it is essential to inform the Luxury Coastal team about any pets prior to arrival. While dogs are welcomed, the lodge does not permit cats or other animals, ensuring a comfortable environment for all guests. Additionally, guests should be aware that commercial vehicles are prohibited on the premises, maintaining the lodge's tranquil atmosphere.
