The layout of Harbour House spans the upper two levels of a larger building, which also houses two studio apartments on the ground floor. This arrangement allows for larger groups, as all three properties can be booked together to accommodate up to ten guests. Upon entering the house, guests are greeted by a hallway that leads to an internal staircase. The first floor features a spacious lounge that opens into a well-equipped kitchen. Adjacent to the kitchen is a dining area with patio doors that lead to a secluded garden, complete with seating and grassy areas, perfect for outdoor relaxation.

On the first floor, guests will also find the first of the three bedrooms, which offers the flexibility of being configured as either a superking bed or twin beds upon request. The second floor houses the remaining two bedrooms, both of which are superkings with en-suite shower rooms, also available as twins if preferred.
