This three-storey property comfortably accommodates up to six guests, featuring three well-appointed bedrooms. Its prime location offers easy access to local attractions, being directly opposite a historic church and adjacent to a welcoming pub. The nearest beach is just a 10-minute drive away, while essential amenities can be reached within a short 0.3-mile walk, making it an ideal spot for a family getaway or a retreat with friends.
The cottage is thoughtfully designed with both comfort and practicality in mind. On the ground floor, guests will find a spacious kitchen that seamlessly integrates with a living and dining area, as well as a utility room for added convenience. A wet room with a shower and WC is also located on this level. The first floor features a king bedroom with an en-suite shower, along with a double bedroom accessible via a walkway. The top floor includes a snug room, a twin bedroom, and a bathroom equipped with a narrow slipper bath, which may have restricted height due to eaves.
Gladstone is equipped with modern luxuries such as a wood burner, WiFi, and a Smart TV, ensuring a comfortable stay. Family-friendly amenities include a highchair, travel cot, and stairgate, enhancing the experience for those traveling with young children. The kitchen is well-equipped with a Rangemaster stove, gas hob, electric oven, microwave, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, and washing machine, allowing guests to prepare meals with ease. Linen and towels are provided, although beach towels are not included, and a stairgate is available on the second floor for added safety.
