Dolphin Cottage is a charming Grade 11 listed cottage situated in the centre of Padstow just a stones throw from the harbour.
The cottage is bursting with character including beamed ceilings and exposed Cornish stone walls and has been traditionally decorated with a spacious sitting room, slate flagstone flooring and cosy log burner in keeping with the character of the cottage and also benefits from an enclosed small garden.
Upstairs there are 3 double bedrooms with vaulted ceilings, exposed beams and a lovely atrium looking down from the landing to the feature fireplace.
Stepping outside the front door, you are right in the centre of Padstow with its shops, cafes and restaurants and just a short stroll around the corner takes you to the harbour front, an ideal spot in which to take a seat and watch the comings and goings of the boats.
If you are wanting to explore the area further, just a short drive will take you down the coast to a choice of beaches along the ‘Seven Bays’ as well as some lovely country villages and as there is an allocated parking space waiting for you on your return so whether you are looking to be in the centre of town or like to spend your holiday exploring the area, this is an ideal cottage to choose.

Downstairs: Living room with TV with a built-in DVD player, a kitchen/dining room with electric oven and gas hob and standard size fridge with a freezer compartment.
Upstairs: Three double bedrooms, one with an en-suite shower, bath, washbasin and WC and a family shower room with shower, washbasin and WC

Bedroom 3: A double bedroom (4ft 6"bed) with en-suite bathroom with a bath with a separate shower, washbasin and WC.
Outside: Patio garden with table and chairs and an allocated car parking space is available for one car in the North Quay car park.
Linen and towels are provided. Please bring your own beach towels.
Parking for one car is available in the North Quay car park - a space is guaranteed.
As Dolphin Cottage is a listed property the ceilings are low in some areas of the cottage.
The garden is across the small access pathway at the side of the house and then through a marked gate.
