Upon entering the cottage, guests are welcomed into a spacious and thoughtfully designed kitchen, dining, and living area that encourages social interaction. The kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances, including an electric range oven, microwave, dishwasher, washer/dryer, fridge, and freezer, making meal preparation a breeze. The accommodation features three well-appointed bedrooms, starting with a king-size bedroom that boasts a mid-west ranch aesthetic, complete with a luxurious freestanding bath and an ensuite bathroom featuring unique saloon-style doors made from reclaimed gate posts. A handcrafted staircase leads to an additional king-size bedroom, also with a freestanding bath, perfect for indulging in relaxation. The third bedroom is a twin, which can be configured as a super king upon request, and includes a shower room and separate W/C for added convenience.

Outside, guests can enjoy a small courtyard equipped with patio furniture, ideal for outdoor relaxation. Just a two-minute walk away is a children's playground, providing a safe space for younger guests to play. Additionally, the property features a shared games room located in a barn area, offering entertainment options such as a 7-foot pool/snooker table, air hockey, a football table, and a full-size table tennis table.
