A real home away from home, this spacious, detached house is set within Hipswell Village, a lovely little settlement that has all the essentials for a wonderful getaway to the North Yorkshire countryside. Sitting within 3 miles of Richmond, there is so much for you to see and do during your stay. Explore the historical sites of Easby Abbey (4.5 miles) and Richmond Castle (2.5 miles) or embark on a woodland walk through the National Trust Hudswell Woods (2 miles) where the River Swale runs along the banks. Pack a picnic and immerse yourself in nature with the castle towering from above, or seek adventure at Foxglove Covert a local nature reserve set in 100 acres of moorland (3 miles). Further afield, the ruggedly beautiful Yorkshire coastline makes for a wonderful day of exploring, while the North York Moors provides all levels of walking enthusiasts with an invigorating challenge and panoramic views. Enter into an impressive hallway, leave boots and coats behind, and step into your home away from home. Straight ahead you will find a fantastic kitchen which is generously equipped and opens onto the rear garden via the French doors, creating a wonderful space for entertaining on warm days. In the kitchen, create delicious dinners while you have company sitting at the breakfast bar. Take your meal to the large dining table in the dining room and recall the day s best bits from here you can access the conservatory through the patio doors. This bright room is the perfect spot to relax and read a book or maybe enjoy a morning coffee. Venture into the lounge which connects to the dining area, draw the curtains and relax with your loved ones, watching a film on the Smart TV or playing a board game. Completing the ground floor is a separate WC. When sleep calls, climb the stairs and head to one of your three chosen bedrooms, there are two king size the larger of which faces the front offering pretty village and church views and a twin room, great for children. Completing this property are the bathroom and shower room. During the warm, balmy summers, open the French door from the kitchen or the patio doors from the dining room and allow the conservatory doors to expand your area to the private back garden. The elevated decked seating area is a perfect place to enjoy a G&T and BBQ at the end of the day or to start your morning coffee there. The large lawn area is ideal for letting the kids burn off some energy.
