Take the regular passenger ferry across to Fowey with its independent shops, handcrafted jewellery and local art, or relax in a cafe or pub on the riverfront and watch the world go by. For family days out visit the Eden Project, Porfell Wildlife park, or for thrill seekers there s Adrenalin Quarry with thrilling zip wire and giant swing or Hangloose Adventures with skywire. For a slower paced day, take a trip on the Bodmin and Wenford Railway. For natural wonders there is Carnglaze Caverns, St Nectarns Glen, Cardinham Woods, the Lost Gardens of Heligan and easy access onto the South West Coast Path. Enter this comfortably furnished property arranged over three floors, and head into the open plan lounge/diner on the ground floor. After a day of exploring the area, cosy up and relax on the sofa in front of the crackle of the wood burner and watch a good movie on the TV. Prepare an evening meal or light lunch in the well equipped kitchen with electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge / freezer and dishwasher. Heading up to the first floor, you will find 2 bedrooms, a double and a bunk bedded room. Completing the first floor is the bathroom with shower over bath and WC. Up to the 2nd floor stairs lead to a bedroom with double bed (with restricted head height in places). Heading outside, is the utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer. There is a rising garden with estuary views, patio area and garden furniture, the perfect spot to enjoy a meal outdoors on a warm summers evening. There are steep steps up to the garden patio. Guests can unload outside the property and there is parking available in nearby car parks (charges apply)
