The spacious cottage in Polruan accommodates up to six guests and is thoughtfully designed across three levels, featuring two main staircases and an additional small set of stairs. Upon entering, guests ascend three steps to reach the middle floor, where they will find a cozy twin room that boasts stunning views of the River Fowey. This level also includes a convenient utility room equipped with a washing machine and tumble dryer, as well as a shower room with a corner shower and WC. At the end of the hallway, a staircase leads to one of the double bedrooms, which also offers beautiful river vistas.

Continuing up the larger staircase from the hallway, guests will discover the master double bedroom, distinguished by its panoramic views and en suite bathroom featuring a handheld shower over the bath. Descending to the lower floor, the cottage reveals a well-appointed kitchen and dining area, complete with an electric oven, hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, and dishwasher. The dining table comfortably seats six and provides lovely views over the river, complemented by a patio door that opens onto the garden.

The inviting lounge area features two large sofas, a wood burner, and a TV with DVD player, creating a perfect space for relaxation. The sliding patio doors lead out to a stone patio and small garden, providing an idyllic setting for guests to unwind while enjoying the serene river views.
