This property is the ideal base for families to explore the Cornish coast, located just a short walk from the beach in Polruan. Take a trip over the river to Fowey on the passenger ferry and explore the shops and restaurants, head to Ready Money Beach or take the small ferry to the village of Mevagissey. For the walkers, there are plenty of coastal paths to choose from and for the beach lovers, take your pick of the many close by beaches along the Cornish coast. For a fun day out there are a range of attractions worth a visit including, The Lost Gardens of Heligan, the Eden Project, Charlestown, one of the filming locations in the TV series Poldark, Hangloose Adventures and the Adrenaline Quarry in nearby Liskeard. Step away from the terraced cottage streets of this gorgeous village and into this characterful and newly refurbished surprisingly spacious terraced cottage. Hang up your coats and relax on the sofa after a long day exploring. Watch your favourite film on the Smart TV or play games selection in the game s trunk. From here a hallway leads to the dining room, with plenty of space to enjoy a social lunch or dinner. Leading into the new stylish well equipped kitchen, with dishwasher, electric oven and hob, fridge with ice box, microwave and washer/dryer. Stairs rise from the dining area to the first floor where there are two bedrooms, one double with hanging space and a bunk room which is ideal for children, with a selection of toys to keep your little ones entertained. On this floor is a stylish bathroom with shower over bath and WC. Stairs lead to another double bedroom with built in wardrobes and rooftop views (this room has restricted head space). Relax after a day out on the enclosed terrace with charcoal BBQ facilities. There are many small winding streets that are not suitable for cars, therefore many properties in Polruan do not have private parking. However, there is a large pay and display car park close by.
