The cottage features a thoughtfully designed layout spread over two split-level floors, comprising three bedrooms: a double room, a triple room with three single beds, and a single room. The inviting lounge area is equipped with a Smart TV featuring Netflix, a Ruark Audio system with DAB radio and Bluetooth, and opens out to the outside area through French doors. A few steps lead down to a spacious kitchen/diner, which includes modern appliances such as an electric oven, hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, and washing machine, along with a convenient door leading to the outdoors.

Guests can enjoy leisure facilities that include a shared heated outdoor swimming pool, available from May through September, subject to weather conditions. The property boasts a shared courtyard equipped with garden furniture and a BBQ, perfect for outdoor dining and relaxation. Surrounding the cottage, the estate features 23 acres of farmland, home to sheep, chickens, and horses, along with picnic areas, scenic walking paths, and public footpaths. Ample private off-road parking is also available for guests' convenience.

Pheasant's Walk provides essential amenities such as bed linen, towels, electricity, central heating, and Wi-Fi, ensuring a comfortable stay. However, smoking inside the property and bringing pets are not permitted. For larger groups, it is possible to rent the entire site if all properties are available, with inquiries welcomed for pricing.
