The unique character cottage, dating back to the 1700s, is nestled quietly and can be accessed via a short footpath or directly from the beach. This charming property is adorned with original features, artwork, and bespoke lighting, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. The ground floor showcases a polished concrete floor with underfloor heating, enhancing the comfort of the space. Upon entering, guests are greeted by a bespoke kitchen equipped with a professional range cooker, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, and a Tassimo coffee machine, all framed by panoramic views of the estuary from the windows.
The adjoining snug/dining room, which also boasts impressive estuary views, is perfect for family meals around a large dining table or cozy evenings by the dual-sided wood burner. The spacious lounge provides a relaxing retreat with comfortable sofas, another wood burner, and entertainment options including a Smart TV with access to Amazon Firestick and Netflix. Additionally, a utility room and a shower room with a walk-in double shower and WC are conveniently located on the ground floor, enhancing the cottage's functionality.
On the first floor, guests will find two separate staircases leading to the three bedrooms. The dual-aspect double bedroom and twin bedroom both offer stunning views, while a separate WC is also available. The third bedroom, known as The Cabin Master Suite, features a vaulted ceiling, a luxurious freestanding bath, an en suite WC, and a private balcony with seating for two, providing a tranquil space to enjoy the scenery. The outdoor areas include an enclosed terrace with seating and a charcoal BBQ for alfresco dining, as well as a secret sunset passage for quiet moments overlooking the water. Parking is conveniently located 200 yards away in a pay-and-display public car park, with additional free parking options available on surrounding streets, subject to availability.
