A well-appointed bathroom includes a bath, separate shower, and WC. An interconnecting door leads to the annexe, which offers additional living space. On the ground floor of the annexe, guests will find a sun lounge filled with natural light, complete with comfortable seating and French doors that open into the garden. The kitchen/diner is equipped with an electric oven, hob, fridge, and a dining table, while the utility room provides outdoor garden furniture and beach equipment. A shower room with a WC is also located on this level.
Ascending to the first floor of the annexe reveals a spacious open plan lounge/bedroom featuring seating, a TV, an electric flame effect fire, and a double bed.
