The ground floor hosts a double bedroom with an en suite shower room, as well as a separate bathroom complete with a bath and shower facilities.
Ascending to the first floor, guests will discover two additional bedrooms, including a king-size zip and link that can be configured into twin beds upon request, and a twin zip and link that can be converted into a king-size bed as needed. It is important to note that access to several rooms involves a few steps, adding to the cottage's unique charm. The thoughtful layout ensures comfort and privacy for all guests, making it a perfect choice for families or groups of friends.
Outside, the cottage boasts a large enclosed garden, ideal for enjoying the stunning views of Glen Cova. Guests can unwind in the delightful summer house, complete with a seating area and fire pit, or take advantage of the BBQ and custom-built bench for outdoor dining. Ample off-road parking is provided for convenience. While dogs are welcome and can be walked on the farmland, guests are advised to exercise caution due to the presence of livestock.
