This cosy cottage, recently renovated, combines rustic charm with contemporary styling. Sitting on the edge of the charming riverside village of Westleigh, you ll have easy access to the village inn as well as the neighbouring village, Instow, where you can find local pubs, a superb deli, pubs and restaurants and of course the sandy beach. Enjoy a stroll on the traffic free Tarka Trail, ideal for walkers and cyclists, or have a day upon Instow Beach (under 2 miles) or Westward Ho! Beach (5.5 miles) building sandcastles. Try surfing, fishing, golfing or even horse riding locally. Other nearby attractions include the Milky Way Adventure Park, the Big Sheep and the beautiful RHS Rosemoor Gardens, all within 12.5 miles. Tapley Park and Gardens are also close by (1 mile). Entering the cottage through the front door brings you into a hallway and then the kitchen/diner, which is fully equipped with everything you need to cook scrumptious meals, as well as a space saving bench style dining table and chairs. A ground floor wet room with WC is ideal for when you return from the beach. Further on is an inner hallway which is ideal for storage and also has a dart board. A step down leads to a comfortable lounge with two sofas, a chair, a large feature fireplace with a wood burner and a Smart TV. A further room has another TV and houses a washing machine. Back to the kitchen/dining area, where the staircase rises to the first floor and the spacious landing area which is a split level with exposed beams. The sleeping accommodation consists of three bedrooms: a super king size with a chaise lounge and ample storage, a double four poster bed and a twin room. The family bathroom completes the accommodation with a bath and WC. Heading outside, there is a small courtyard garden with a table and chairs the perfect spot to plan the next day of adventuring.
