Centrally located in the heart of Hornsea, there is plenty to see and do nearby for all the family. Take a short walk down to the beach and amusement arcades or browse all of the local shops and bars. The promenade is the ideal place to enjoy a stroll whilst taking in the refreshing sea air and Hornsea Mere, one of Yorkshires largest lakes, is well worth a visit less than a mile away. A little further afield are the stately homes of Burton Agnes, Sledmere House, and Sewerby Hall (all within 25 miles) and the popular coastal towns of Bridlington and Flamborough (both within 20 miles). You could also join the Wolds Way from Flamborough, perfect for walkers and cyclists alike. Stepping into this three storey townhouse, you are welcomed by an entrance hall leading to the cosy lounge with TV/DVD. Moving through to the bright and spacious kitchen/diner, perfect for all of the family to socialise, you will find a gas oven and hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, washing/dryer and dishwasher. Off the kitchen is a comfortable snug, ideal for the adults to relax and enjoy a glass of wine in the evening. Up the steep cottage stairs on the first floor are three bedrooms one king size and two singles (one with an additional pull out single for alternative sleeping only) and a bathroom with shower over bath and WC. To complete the property, up another staircase to the second floor, is a bright and spacious king size bedroom with views over the surrounding town. Opening up the double doors from the kitchen and you will find yourself in the private, enclosed courtyard. After a long day exploring all the area, relax and enjoy a BBQ in the sun.
