This warm and welcoming cottage sits in the centre of this traditional Devon village yet retains its own privacy with its own enclosed front and rear gardens. Only a short drive away is the small market town of Holsworthy offering country strolls, fishing or bike rides on the cycle route. Just 14 miles away is Bude which is perfect for surfers, walkers or those who fancy a swim. The active among you will love the Tamar Lakes which offer a variety of water sports as well as great walking routes and a lovely café. Theme parks including The Big Sheep and The Milky Way , North Devon Wake and Aqua Park provide a great family day out and are all within a short drive. Other attractions close by include Tintagel, Boscastle and Clovelly. As you enter this delightful cottage, you step into the utility area which is ideal for kicking off your boots or shoes. A vibrant corner sofa beckons you to relax and watch the Smart TV. Kids will love the snug/playroom with chalk wall, Apple TV, books and games.
