The Bodinnick car ferry serves the town of Fowey where you ll find a bustling quay, pubs and restaurants, and Readymoney Cove is 1.5 miles away with its sandy beach and rock pools to explore. Enjoy a trip to Polruan on the passenger ferry or travel to the village of Mevagissey on a coastal boat trip. Slightly further afield, there are lots of attractions worth a visit providing fun for all the family. These include the Eden Project, Hangloose Adventures, Charlestown (one of the filming locations in the TV series Poldark), and The Lost Gardens of Heligan, all within 14 miles. For the walkers amongst you, there are countless beaches and coastal walks all within 20 miles. Enter this fabulous cottage and immediately get struck by the deceptive size of the interiors. The welcoming lounge has a fabulous wood burner and large comfortable seats for you to relax and enjoy a cosy night in front of the Smart TV. Move through into an amazing open plan, fully equipped kitchen/diner; this area benefits from fabulous light from the light tunnel and bi folding doors and offers plenty of open space to eat, cook and socialise. Just off the kitchen is a very handy utility room as well as a bathroom with a bath and WC. Upstairs are three bedrooms, the first bedroom is a king size, the second a double and finally a twin, all stylish and modern making them great places to retreat to after a long day. Completing the accommodation is a shower room with a shower and WC. Outside is a large enclosed one level garden boasting plenty of patio space with seating an ideal spot to dine alfresco or just relax in the sunshine with a cold drink.
