A fantastic holiday home which is ideal for friend groups and family alike situated in the village of Combe Martin. It s a great location for water sports as Combe Martin offers a secluded beach ideal for paddleboarding and kayaking, and equipment can be hired from the village. A plethora of cafes, pubs, restaurants and shops and the stunning South West Coast Path are all within a mile, and for adrenalin junkies, just 2 miles down the coast you can have a go at coasteering at the beautiful Watermouth Cove. Enjoy a family day out at Watermouth family theme park an enchanting fun filled day of nostalgia only 3 miles from the cottage. Stepping into this charming holiday home, which is a three story building, you will see the owners have decorated this to a high standard and have created a beautiful relaxing space. As you enter the hallway, the lounge is on the left hand side and has sumptuous sofas and a wood burner where you can spend many evenings relaxing while watching a favourite movie on the Smart TV. A separate dining area offers a warming wood burner and a table large enough to sit all guests. The kitchen is equipped with a range dual fuel oven, fridge with freezer compartment, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine and a Nespresso coffee maker. Taking the first flight of stairs you will come to the family bathroom which has a bath with a walk in shower and WC, and a few steps further take you to the first of three bedrooms boasting a double bed. Completing this floor there is a double zip and link bedroom (which can be made into twins on request). The top floor has a narrow staircase which leads to the third bedroom, housing a double bed, and an en suite shower room with WC and a large Velux window that opens up for stunning views across the countryside. Just outside of the kitchen, there is space to store bikes and surfboards along with hangers for wetsuits and an outside tap to wash off any sandy gear. Through this lockable gate, step up into the enclosed garden, which offers a charcoal BBQ and fire pit with patio furniture. Parking can be found in a public car park 0.5 miles away (local charges apply).
