A warm welcome awaits, on the ground floor of this bright and airy cottage you will find the first of the bedrooms, a spacious double with views over the garden, a separate snug with a sofa, perfect for curling up with a good book and with patio doors that lead out into the garden, and a separate WC. There is also a washing machine located in a cupboard on this floor. Stairs from the hallway lead up to the first floor to the open plan lounge/kitchen/diner with comfy sofas surrounding the TV/DVD and patio doors that lead out onto the balcony. Enjoy preparing family meals in the kitchen, which is equipped with an electric oven and gas hob, fridge/freezer, microwave and dishwasher, before dining at the table with seating for all. Take the stairs to the second floor, where the remaining two bedrooms can be found, a master bedroom with a king size bed, built in wardrobe and en suite shower and WC, and a children's bunk bed room. The stunning contemporary main bathroom is light and bright with a hand held shower over bath and WC. Outside the property benefits from a contemporary styled garden which has a decked area with outdoor dining furniture. This area gives way to a delightful shingled area, giving a real seaside feel to the outdoor living space. There is also a delightful balcony on the first floor which is perfect for enjoying a morning coffee and watching the world go by. There is allocated parking space for 1 car and ample roadside parking to the front of the property, subject to availability.
