The holiday accommodation is a beautifully converted cottage that was once a barn, now offering a stylish and comfortable retreat that retains original features like exposed beams and granite pillars. The open-plan lounge, kitchen, and dining area is equipped with modern amenities, including a Smart TV, DVD player, and a wood burner in the original fireplace, creating a cozy atmosphere. The kitchen is fully equipped with essential appliances such as a cooker, ceramic hob, dishwasher, microwave, washing machine, and fridge/freezer, allowing guests to prepare their favorite meals with ease. The master bedroom, featuring a king-size bed, is located on the ground floor, along with a bathroom that includes a corner bath, a separate shower, and a WC. Two twin rooms are situated upstairs under sloping eaves.

Outside, guests have access to extensive facilities around the farm, including large enclosed gardens, lawns, and a children's play area with sandpits and swings. Patios equipped with garden furniture provide a relaxing outdoor space, while a full-size tennis court, a farm trail, and a coarse fishing lake add to the recreational options. Animal lovers can interact with the farm animals, feed pigs and sheep, ride ponies, collect eggs, and bottle-feed lambs during the spring season. An indoor games barn offers various activities, including football, basketball, badminton, and table tennis, ensuring entertainment for all ages.

Additional services are available for guests, including home-cooked meals prepared by a local chef, beauty treatments like reflexology and massages, and supermarket shopping delivery. The property offers ample parking and is dog-friendly, welcoming one dog from September 1st until May 26th, excluding the peak Easter period. A refundable security deposit is required for guests bringing a dog.
