The vibrant coastal town of Bude sits just 1.5 miles away and offers a choice of three golden sandy beaches upon which to delve into the turquoise waters beyond. Not only that, but you can also hire a pedalo to jaunt along the canal or enjoy the fine array of local eateries on offer. There are numerous family fun attractions within a 30 mile radius including The Milky Way Adventure Park, The Big Sheep and the cobbled historic village of Clovelly. Upon arrival at this holiday home which is situated on the front row of the complex, you will be wowed by the views across the coast. Step inside this glass fronted lodge where you will be drawn to the large open plan lounge/kitchen/diner, which is flooded with natural light from the floor to ceiling windows that frame the sea view beyond. The lounge area is well furnished with a comfortable sofa and warming wood burner allowing you to cosy up and enjoy your favourite films on the Smart TV. The kitchen is well equipped providing everything you need for a relaxing and stress free stay whilst the dining table also sits all guests with ease allowing you to wine, dine and share those special memories of the holiday with friends and family. Sandy beach days and muddy walks mean beach towels, wetsuits, welly boots and coats so at the entrance to each property is an additional utility room complete with a washing machine and tumble dryer, as well as a coat and boot rack too. There are three spacious bedrooms on the back side of the lodge, the master bedroom provides a king size bed with an en suite bathroom. The second and third bedrooms provide a super king size bed and a super king size zip and link bed (which can be made up as a twin on request) and each have an en suite shower room. Furthermore, all bedrooms benefit from underfloor heating, Smart TVs, ample clothing space and heated towel rails. Outside, there s a lovely decking area accessed via glass sliding doors from the living area or main entrance space. Lovely furniture for a drink or dinner alfresco in the fresh air.
