Located in a peaceful residential area in the heart of Bude, this home provides guests with easy access to many hugely popular coastal towns and villages along the rugged Cornish coastline. Bude itself indulges guests with a choice of three golden sandy beaches including Crooklets Beach upon which to delve into the turquoise waters beyond. Not only that but this property is situated less than a mile from the town's acclaimed golf course, along with its restaurants and cafes too. The town is also conveniently located beside the A39, making it easy to day trip to some real southwest treasures in The Milky Way Adventure Park (16 miles) and the ruins of Tintagel Castle (19 miles). Upon entering this home, you will initially come through to the light opening hallway, with entrances into the wet room, kitchen and pantry. The kitchen itself is well equipped with an electric oven with induction hob, coffee machine and dishwasher, whilst the pantry adds a fridge/freezer and microwave. There is also a utility cupboard beside the kitchen containing a washing machine completing an ideal and practical selection of appliances for guests use. The wet room off the opening hallway is also ideally positioned for guests to walk straight in and wash off those sandy toes after a day at the beach. Making your way through the kitchen space you will see the formal dining room on your left hand side, nicely separated from the kitchen, allowing all to sit down for a lovely evening meal together. Finally on this floor is the lounge which sits all guests comfortably on the two three seater sofas provided, along with a Smart TV this is the ideal movie room for a family night in. Making your way up the stairs from here will bring you to the three bedrooms: the first of which is the master bedroom with a king size bed and TV, the second bedroom contains a double bed and finally, the last bedroom handily offers something different with a twin room. All bedrooms provide ample storage space. Completing the upstairs is the family bathroom containing a shower over the bath and WC. Guests are treated to outdoor spaces at the front and rear of the home. The back enclosed garden contains a patio space with outdoor seating allowing guests to relax and enjoy the sun at home. There is also an additional garden to the front of the property beside the private driveway which allows space for three cars. There is also on street parking close by (subject to availability).
