The area is a haven for outdoor enthusiasts, offering numerous forestry tracks and trails for cycling and walking, as well as challenging Munros within an hour's drive for those seeking adventure in the Highlands.

In addition to its natural beauty, the region is rich in cultural attractions, featuring nearby castles, distilleries, and museums that invite exploration. Visitors can also enjoy the vibrant city of Inverness, just a short drive away, which boasts excellent leisure and shopping facilities. For a unique experience, a ferry trip from Cromarty to Nigg runs seasonally from May to September, allowing guests to take in the scenic views of the firth and surrounding landscapes.

Upon entering the property, guests are welcomed into an open-plan living area that combines comfort and functionality. The second floor also includes a bathroom equipped with a bath, separate shower, and WC. Outside, guests can take advantage of a large enclosed garden area complete with outdoor seating and a BBQ, perfect for alfresco dining against the backdrop of breathtaking views over the Cromarty Firth. Ample parking is available, with road parking at the front and additional off-road options at the rear, ensuring a hassle-free stay.
