The cottage is spread over three floors, featuring three well-appointed bedrooms. On the first floor, guests will find two double bedrooms, one equipped with a TV and en suite shower room, while the other boasts estuary views. The second floor houses a twin bedroom and a cozy snug lounge area with a TV/DVD, accessible via steep stairs. The ground floor includes a family bathroom with a shower over the bath, as well as an additional WC located outside for convenience.

Inside, the cottage offers a comfortable lounge with a TV and Blu Ray DVD player, alongside a separate snug/lounge with a coal effect gas fire. The dining room, which accommodates six, features an original ornamental period fireplace, while the well-equipped kitchen is ideal for those who prefer to dine in, complete with an electric cooker, gas hob, fridge, dishwasher, and microwave. An external utility room houses a washing machine, tumble dryer, and freezer, and guests can enjoy the delightful enclosed south-facing courtyard garden, furnished for alfresco dining and equipped with a BBQ.
