Nestled in the peaceful village of Brampton with unspoilt views over the North Pennines AONB, there are an abundance of stunning walks and cycle trails directly from the doorstep. The historic market town of Appleby, set in the heart of the Eden Valley, is just 1.5 miles away, boasting a whole host of amenities. To discover the town s history and tradition, spend some time at Appleby Castle (2.5 miles), the 16th century Moot Hall (2.2 miles) or visit Lady Anne's Alms Houses. Head into the Lake District National Park for the day, and visit beautiful Ullswater (16 miles). This welcoming home is the perfect place for some much needed rest and recuperation. The lounge is cosy and relaxing, with comfortable sofas and a TV with Sky TV. Settle down in the armchair with a good book or sit and marvel at the outstanding views from the window. Next door is a dining room with wood burner, providing the ideal space for a family meal. Heading through to the kitchen you ll find everything you need to rustle up a hearty dinner. As the sun sets, venture up the staircase to the first floor which is home to three good sized bedrooms. The first contains a super king size zip and link bed (which can be made up as twins on request) for flexible sleeping arrangements and enjoys splendid views from a large window that floods the room with light. The other two rooms are a double and a twin, each enjoying the same delightful outlook, all three bedrooms boast a refreshing ambiance along with ample storage for all your belongings. Completing the property is the family bathroom. Stepping outside from the utility room you will find yourself in a beautiful, tiered garden to enjoy your morning coffee or breakfast before you head up a couple of steps to a spacious lawn area to soak up the sun with the North Pennines as your backdrop. Relax on the patio area and enjoy a glass of wine in the countryside air.
