The main living area is designed as an open-plan L-shaped kitchen, dining, and lounge space, complemented by a separate study room that includes a TV and a comfortable sofa bed for those seeking a quiet retreat. The modern kitchen is fully equipped with high-end appliances, including a dishwasher, induction hob, double oven, and integrated microwave, and features a dining table that can comfortably seat six, with the option to extend for larger gatherings.

This level also includes a boiler room, providing a warm space for drying coats.
