Lowdale Farm Cottages are nestled between the North Yorkshire Moors and the historic seaside town of Whitby on the edge of the village of Sleights.
We are delighted to offer this 6 bedded cottage in a beautiful, peaceful location with off street parking. Perfect for couples and families looking for a quiet restful holiday. We are very much dog friendly, but we ask that dogs are NOT left unattended at any time in the cottage.

The space
Farm cottage has 3 bedrooms sleeping 6, split over three floors. The bedrooms comprise one Kingsize with en-suite bathroom on the first floor and two twin rooms on the second floor. The main bathroom has a bath and separate shower cubicle. Downstairs is the lounge and kitchen dining room.
The lounge has doors opening onto the patio area with table and chairs and the grass lawn which overlooks our field.
The cottage has a modern well equipped kitchen with all the essentials for a self-catering holiday including a dishwasher. There is a washing machine in an external laundry room. We have reliable Wi-Fi throughout the cottage and our smart TV box provides catch-up TV, Sky entertainments channels and access to Netflix. There is exclusive off street parking directly in front of the cottage for 2 cars.
We currently do not have car charging facilities although this is something we hope to introduce shortly. Charging from a normal socket is strictly NOT permitted on safety grounds.
We also have a neighbouring 4 bedded cottage.
Located in Whitby, this cottage is in a rural area and by the sea. The Geall Gallery and Whitby Museum are cultural highlights, and some of the area's landmarks include Whitby Pavilion and Whitby Abbey. Traveling with kids? Consider Museum of Victorian Science, or check out an event or a game at Towbar Express Stadium. Be sure to check out the area's animals with activities such as game walks and birdwatching.
