This newly built property, completed in 2022, is designed with high ceilings and spacious interiors, offering a peaceful retreat just a short distance from local attractions. The house is adjacent to another property, Time Flies, allowing for a combined capacity of 12 guests if needed. Its prime location provides easy access to scenic pathways leading to three picturesque chines—Branksome, Branksome Dene, and Alum Chine—culminating in a serene 20-minute walk to the beach.
The local coastline features Blue Flag beaches that stretch for eight miles, from Hengisbury Head to Sandbanks peninsula, and is complemented by a beautiful promenade ideal for cycling. Visitors can enjoy breathtaking views of Bournemouth Pier, the Isle of Wight, and the Purbeck Peninsula along the way. Just a ten-minute stroll from the house brings guests to the vibrant Westbourne district, known for its charming Victorian arcade filled with cafes, bistros, boutiques, and art galleries. Additionally, nearby attractions include the upscale village of Canford Cliffs and the lively seaside towns of Bournemouth and Poole, all easily reachable by various modes of transport.
Chine Wanderer is thoughtfully equipped for a comfortable stay, featuring a fully tiled open-plan ground floor with electric underfloor heating. The stylish Shaker-style kitchen boasts modern built-in Neff appliances, including a large fridge freezer, dishwasher, and even a separate wine fridge. The dining area accommodates six guests, with additional seating at the breakfast bar. The lounge area is designed for relaxation, featuring a large OLED Smart TV, an Xbox One S with a selection of games, and a cozy rug for family gatherings. A large patio door leads to a private enclosed patio and astroturf garden, equipped with a gas BBQ for outdoor dining.
Upstairs, guests will find three luxuriously appointed bedrooms, each designed for comfort and convenience. The master bedroom includes a kingsize bed, fitted wardrobes, and an ensuite shower room, while the second bedroom features a double bed and a TV. The third bedroom is furnished with two single beds, making it ideal for children or guests. The family bathroom is elegantly designed, featuring mood lighting and a shower over the bath. Additional amenities include a travel cot, high chair, and access to BT Sport with Sky Sports through the Xbox. Linen and towels are provided, ensuring a hassle-free stay for all guests.
