Spread across three floors, Calm Cottage offers a unique layout that includes a principal bedroom on the top floor, complete with exposed beams and a free-standing bath, albeit with restricted head height. The first floor hosts a double room with an adjoining shower room, while a cozy double bunk area at the rear provides an ideal hideaway for children. Additionally, the south-westerly facing courtyard, adorned with a cherry blossom tree, captures the best of the afternoon and early evening sun, making it a perfect spot for relaxation.

Located in the heart of Kingsand, the cottage is conveniently situated near the stunning beach and a variety of traditional pubs and restaurants, making it a hidden gem in Cornwall. While private parking is not available, guests can utilize a public pay-and-display car park just a couple of minutes' walk from the property. The cottage is pet-friendly, allowing one small dog with prior consent for an additional fee, and includes amenities such as clean linens, towels, and Wi-Fi, ensuring a comfortable stay for all visitors.

Calm Cottage operates a Friday-to-Friday changeover and offers three-night short stays from October to April, excluding school holidays. A refundable security deposit of £350.00 is required, which will be authorized prior to check-in and released if no damages occur.
