The interior of Bryn Eithin is designed for comfort and relaxation, featuring a ground floor that includes a cozy lounge, a fully equipped kitchen/diner, and a cloakroom. The first floor boasts a kingsize bedroom with an ensuite bathroom and a twin bedroom with an ensuite shower room. The accommodation is equipped with modern conveniences such as WiFi, a flatscreen TV, a DVD player, and essential utilities including an electric oven, halogen hob, and dishwasher. Additionally, bed linen and towels are provided, along with a travel cot and highchair for families with young children.

Outside, guests can unwind in the property’s private garden, which is not overlooked and adjoins a smallholding farm. The garden features a patio area with seating for six and a charcoal BBQ, perfect for al fresco dining while enjoying the picturesque views. A pathway leads to a sitting area at the end of the garden, providing access to a field beyond. Bryn Eithin maintains a strict no pets and no smoking policy to ensure a clean and comfortable environment for all guests. Short breaks may be available during the low season, and ample off-road parking is provided. Guests are advised that an Accidental Damage Deposit may be required, and full travel and key collection instructions will be communicated upon receipt of payment. The property is also close to local attractions such as the Pontcysyllte Aqueduct and the Llangollen Scenic Railway, making it a perfect base for exploring the rich culture and natural beauty of North Wales.
