The Space:
This beautiful Victorian villa resides in one of the most sought-after locations in St Andrews, with views over the University of St Andrews sports grounds and a short walk to the town centre. The spacious property has recently been tastefully renovated to a high standard.

The living room boasts period features including a large bay window with a fantastic view over the rugby pitches and an original fireplace with a brand new wood burning stove. The living room includes two large and very comfortable sofas which should provide plenty of space for socialising and relaxing. There's a generous bookcase with books for you to borrow during your stay and a large television with Apple TV.
There is a large, brand-new shaker kitchen which includes a double oven, microwave, 6 pot induction hob, large family fridge and all your usual kitchen utensils and appliances. There's a dining table in the kitchen, perfect for dinner parties and socialising. The utility room is connected to the kitchen and includes a washing machine, tumble-dryer and freezer. A WC is connected to the utility room. The property includes a well-maintained garden with a table and chairs for outside living and dining.
There are three double bedrooms: one superking, one king and a double that can be split to make two singles - just let us know your preferences at least 7 days prior to arrival. There's a generous family bathroom which includes a luxurious free-standing bath as well as a separate shower and double-sink.
Neighbourhood:
St Andrews is home to the Royal and Ancient Golf Club and the famous Old Course. Its amenities include Scotland's oldest university, founded in 1413, beautiful award winning beaches, historic buildings, including the ruins of the cathedral, castle and St Rule's Tower and a wide variety of specialist shops and restaurants. Renowned worldwide as "the home of golf” St Andrews has seven world-class links courses and others in the area include The Dukes, Kingsbarns and the Fairmont St Andrews complex. Within 15 minutes drive you have an absolute wealth of beauty with the East Neuk of Fife and its picturesque towns and villages, including Crail, Elie, Kingsbarns and many more.
Getting Around:
It's a 10 minute walk into the town centre and a 15 minute walk (through the fields) to the Old Course and other Links golf courses, as well as West Sands beach - or a very short drive. Everything in St Andrews is within walking distance, be it the sights, the beaches, the aquarium, the Links golf courses and many more facilities. The bus routes are all frequent and easy to use. Taxis are relatively cheap given the short distances between places in St Andrews.
Guest Access:
Guests will have full access to the entire property. No rooms will be off limits and all contents within the house are there for our guests use including wifi, the TV and the cooking implements.

Pre-Arrival:
 When the booking is confirmed you will receive instructions via a web link with all the necessary information to check yourself in at your leisure from 4pm. If early check in has been purchased check in will be from 3pm. Please note that access is not permitted to the property before this time, and we cannot store any luggage prior to check in.
Check in is via a secure key box for which you will be provided the code prior to arrival.

During Your Stay:
We are happy to communicate with all guests as much as necessary, but will otherwise leave you to enjoy your stay.

This vacation home is located in St. Andrews. British Golf Museum and St. Andrews Preservation Trust Museum and Garden are cultural highlights, and some of the area's attractions include St. Andrews Aquarium and Cambo Estate Gardens. La Petite Epicerie and Scottish Fisheries Museum are also worth visiting. Spend some time exploring the area's activities, including golfing.
