Let a little sunshine in, with this colorful and classy home just minutes from the heart of buzzy Southend. We’ve recently renovated the property, and nearly everything you’ll find is brand new: from the gorgeously soft mattresses, to chic furniture and lovely lighting.

The large kitchen and dining area is perfect for socializing, and the living room ideal for cosy movie nights! The garden is heavenly with an evening GandT or morning coffee.

Your home is on a lovely residential street, really popular with families. The main high street is at the bottom of the road, and on-street parking is available. You’ll enter using a lockbox and keys, which makes check-in and check-out a much easier process.


Once inside, you’ll find a fantastic, modernized family home. It’s set up with guests in mind, and that’s evident in all the little touches: storage in every room, fresh towels, free toiletries, and even a spice rack in the fully-equipped kitchen.


Two of the bedrooms are double-rooms, and the third has a single bed. The sofa in the living room becomes a sofa-bed, so the house comfortably sleeps six people. If you’re here to do a bit of work, deskspace is available too.

The property is located in the Westcliff area of Southend, situated on a peaceful road.

Westcliff is certainly the place to be if you’re on your holidays. The area is very popular with families, and as a result has a relaxed and friendly atmosphere.

There are fantastic beaches, theatres, some great independent shopping and plenty of choice when it comes to places to eat and drink. Throughout the year you’ll find stand-up comedy, music gigs and plays.

Shopping includes household favorites' such as Boots, Greggs and Tesco but also has a whole range of independent greengrocers, vintage shops, cafes, florists, bakers, jewelers and a wool shop.

Westcliff railway station is a 15 minute walk, and has services to London that take only 45 minutes. If you’re driving, there is ample parking space. Southend FC and the hospital are both just around the corner too.



I want to make sure you have a pleasant, hassle-free stay! To ensure you have the best experience possible and to maintain the property and the good relationship with the community, here are additional house rules:

• Lost keys or forgotten keys incur a replacement fee; the minimum charge is £150

• Any type of illegal activity is strictly prohibited

• Unauthorized early check-in and late check-out charge is £250 plus the equivalent amount of the night(s) impacted

• A refundable security deposit of £500 will be pre-authorized and this will be refunded after check-out. Alternatively, you may opt to pay a non-refundable £35 damage waiver fee in lieu of the security deposit. This is via the verification platform SuperHog.

Please follow the house rules to avoid additional fees and the security deposit charge.

This vacation home is located in Westcliff-on-Sea. Belfairs Wood, Park and Nature Reserve and Hadleigh Castle Country Park reflect the area's natural beauty and area attractions include Lost City Adventure Golf and Sealife Adventure. Southend Pier and Adventure Island are also worth visiting.
