Appliances include an oven, hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, and dishwasher. Outside there is a front garden with hot tub, and off-road parking for two cars. This is a pet-free and smoke-free home. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. Travel Cot and High Chair available on request: fixed stairgate on first floor plus removable stairgate available for ground floor. Bagtor Granary is a delightful base for a Devonshire escape. Note: The hot tub will not be available on the morning of check-out; on arrival, it will be ready however it may not be at optimal temperature until the following morning. Note: Associated noise and smells should be expected from the farm. Note: A small stream runs along the garden which is not enclosed, parents of small children should take care. Note: No EV charging. Note: There are steps up to the utility room, and an open tread staircase. Note: There is a stable available for guests on prior arrangement.

Note: Bagtor Granary is part of a working beef farm so associated noise and smells should be expected. Note: A small stream runs along the side of the property: parents of small children should take care. Note: Please note that EV charging is available locally, but mains charging is not permitted from the property due to the owners insurance.
