The ground floor of Avoca Lodge is thoughtfully arranged, with a king-size bedroom complete with an en-suite shower room, making it accessible for guests with limited mobility. The inviting sitting room provides a cozy atmosphere for relaxation, equipped with plush seating and a 50” Smart TV, ideal for movie nights with family or friends. Ascending to the first floor, guests will find two additional bedrooms—a double and a twin—along with a well-appointed bathroom where they can unwind after a day of exploration.

Guests are encouraged to explore the charming local area, characterized by its striking Georgian architecture, friendly pubs, and a variety of restaurants and cafes. The Royal Hillsborough Forest, rich in wildlife, offers scenic walking trails and a play park, making it a delightful destination for outdoor activities. Notably, Hillsborough Castle and Gardens, the official residence of the Queen and the Secretary of State for Northern Ireland, is open to visitors from April to September, providing a glimpse into royal history and beautifully landscaped grounds.
