The seaside resort of Newquay is 6 miles, the quaint fishing harbour of Padstow is 8 miles away, and the surfing beach of Watergate Bay just a ten minute drive. 

There is a golf course and riding stables nearby, an abundance of coastal walks and woodland trails leading inland through the Lanherne Valley and it is only a mile from the spectacular beauty spot at Bedruthan Steps.

Atlantic View has a sloping grassy garden surrounded by a low stone wall to a footpath leading down to the golden sands. Garden furniture and barbecue stand provided for disposable barbecues.

Parking for two cars is provided on the lane leading to the property.
