Welcome to our unique Victorian house on a tree-lined street in West London. Featured in multiple publications, it is full of delightful playful details and whimsical art. This is a detached 3-storey house with 3 bedrooms, a separate living /cinema room, stunning open-space kitchen and a large patio.
Located in the up and coming Askew Village, it is next to Ravenscourt park, walking distance to Westfield mall and has excellence links to central London and Heathrow. Ideal for a family city break.
The space
This is a rare detached house in the area.
On the ground floor there is a stunning open-space living area / kitchen (fully equipped, with induction hob). The table usually sits 6, but can be enlarged to accommodate 8. In the living space there is a super-comfy reclining sofa.
The kitchen opens to a large patio (doors could be fully open), where you can enjoy the weather or do some sports (we have table tennis + a Swedish ladder/pull-up bar and various workout equipment).
Also on the ground floor there is a guest bedroom / cinema room with a large screen and a 4K UHD projector (Disney+ is available). The Natuzzi sofa is easily converted into a very comfortable queen bed. A guest bathroom with a shower is also located on the ground floor.
The first floor has 2 single bedrooms (our boys' rooms) and a bathroom with a power shower.
The second floor has the master bedroom with a king-size bed with ensuite bathroom with a bath.
