Talybont (otherwise Tal-y-Bont) is a village north of the town of Barmouth in mid Wales.
Talybont benefits from a railway station on the Cambrian Line and has a hair dresser, a pub called the 'Ysgethin Inn' and a restaurant.
The Snowdonia National Park is ideally situated for whatever type of holiday you are looking for. Whatever you are into: fishing, surfing, kite boarding, sailing, mountain biking, bird watching, painting, landscape photography or horse riding, there are endless scenic places to explore. This region of Wales is without doubt a 'hidden gem' with some of the most spectacular scenery in Britain. This is a walker's paradise with Cader Idris just a few minutes drive away! Short breaks when available out of the main school holidays: Monday- Friday 4 nights and Friday-Monday 3 nights. Arrivals from 4.00 pm vacate by 10.00 am. Minimum charge of £299 per stay.
Where a one week minimum applies, our changeover day is FRIDAY.
Prices shown are in pounds sterling per week, inclusive of energy, wifi, heating, bedding and towels. Please bring your own beach towels.

One dog is welcome with a £25 surcharge applying. No puppies and downstairs only please due to light carpets, stairgate available.
There is a cleaning fee of £49 per booking.
It is the guests responsibility to insure against any losses that may occur should the need to cancel their holiday arise.
This cottage is located in Talybont. Dinas Oleu and Royal St. David's Golf Club are worth checking out if an activity is on the agenda, while those looking for area attractions can visit Hufenfa'r Castell and Ffestiniog & Welsh Highland Railways. Go Ape at Coed y Brenin and Penrhyn Amusement Arcade are also worth visiting.
Self-catering cottage holidays in the UK and Ireland can still be a green option. You can have the comforts of home and the flexibility to do what you want; when you want - without the hassles of air travel!
