The house boasts a spacious kitchen and a utility room that leads out to a terrace, along with a family bathroom equipped with both a bath and a shower. The inviting sitting area is enhanced by a flat-screen TV, a DVD player, and a striking stone fireplace, with sliding French doors that open into a mature garden and terrace.

Amberley is designed for families or couples seeking a peaceful retreat from which to explore the picturesque surroundings of Dartmouth and the South Hams region. The property features essential amenities such as gas-fired central heating, instant hot water, and wireless broadband internet. Guests can enjoy off-road parking for 1-2 cars on the private driveway. The house is strictly non-smoking and does not allow pets.
