Formerly a lodge house for the nearby Northwood Park, this charming cottage retains many original features while offering modern amenities. The lodge accommodates up to six guests across four bedrooms, making it an ideal choice for families or groups. Notably, the property is pet-friendly and features a fenced swimming pool that is heated during the summer months, as well as a large open fireplace for cozy winter evenings.
Recently redecorated, the Debourne Lodge boasts a renovated garden that was completed in May 2022, which includes a newly paved patio and a grassy area for outdoor activities. The swimming pool has also been modernized, with new tiling, and guests can enjoy the newly purchased seven-burner gas BBQ along with updated seating furniture. However, potential visitors should note that there are ongoing building works in the garden from January to March, as an annex is being rebuilt. Despite this, the builders will not have access to the house, ensuring that guests' stays remain undisturbed.
The lodge features three uniquely designed bedrooms, including one with two levels that is particularly appealing to children, although there are some height restrictions in the upstairs areas. For guest convenience, there is a driveway for one vehicle, with additional parking available nearby.
