A family bathroom equipped with modern amenities and a convenient downstairs shower room helps to alleviate morning queues. The surrounding Maenporth estate offers a serene atmosphere, bordered by lush trees and close to the vibrant port town of Falmouth, known for its rich history and cultural attractions.
