Guests will love the private garden, original features of the cottage, and the spacious living spaces on the ground floor. This is the perfect base for six guests to enjoy a relaxing stay in the heart of the East Devon countryside.
As you enter the property, head into the cosy living room which is furnished with comfortable seating, a wood burner and a Smart TV. The separate dining room is the perfect space to enjoy a celebratory homecooked meal with your family and friends, and the kitchen is well equipped. As the evening draws to a close, head upstairs and drift off to sleep in one of the three well-presented bedrooms. Two of the rooms are located on the first floor and they each have a king-size bed, and there are also two bathrooms on this floor. The third double bedroom is based on the second floor and is accessed via a steep, open-tread, space saver staircase. After a busy day exploring the area, relax in the back garden which has a lawn, patio area and garden furniture. This private space is a great spot for enjoying your morning coffee whilst planning your adventurous day.
