The kitchen is well-equipped with modern appliances such as an electric range and a combi microwave/oven/grill, alongside a comfortable dining area. For added convenience, a utility room houses a washing machine and tumble dryer. The first floor comprises three beautifully appointed bedrooms, including two with kingsize beds and one with bunk beds, along with a bathroom that offers both a shower and a bath, ensuring comfort for all guests.
This property is pet-friendly, welcoming two small, well-behaved dogs, and features an enclosed lawned courtyard complete with a sun deck, garden furniture, and a barbecue, perfect for outdoor dining.
