This property has undergone a complete renovation in 2022, with modern bathrooms and kitchen, whilst keeping the traditional character and features of this wonderful, double fronted cottage. Just a short distance from the centre of Betws-y-Coed, where you’ll find eateries, local pubs and small grocery stores. The cottage is set within 15 acres of land, with public footpaths which run near the cottage, so plenty of walking or biking routes to choose from. A wood-fired tub is set within the garden area and the most fabulous spot to relax in and take in the surrounding views after a day of adventures in the area; being in the Snowdonia National Park there are plenty to choose from.
A short distance is Llyn (lake) Elsi, and Llyn Geirionydd, where you can use kayaks and paddle boards. For cyclists, the Marin bike trails at Gwydir are on your doorstep, with Swallow Falls just 3 miles from the cottage. Also, just down the road you can find tree top climbing and a forest coaster ride, whilst Zip World and Bounce Bellow at Llechwedd Quarry is just a 20 minutes’ drive away. For the more intrepid adventurer, Pen Y Pass route for Mount Snowdon is only 10 miles away, with the more popular Llanberis route 16 miles distance. Further down the coast less, than a half hour drive away, is the walled harbour town of Conwy, home to the smallest house in Britain and the imposing UNESCO World Heritage Site of Conwy Castle. What a place to really experience it all, there’s something for everyone to enjoy in this special region.

Conwy Valley Railway Museum and Zip World Fforest are also worth visiting. Discover the area's water adventures with fishing nearby, or enjoy the great outdoors with horse riding.
