The kitchen is extremely well equipped with everything you will need during your stay and has a breakfast bar perfect to sit at for your morning cuppa or evening aperitif!
Each of the double bedrooms has been created with a sense of comfort without compromising on the finish, the master has an en-suite shower room while the other two bedrooms share the spacious family bathroom with its fabulous free-standing bath!
Outside, the decked terraced areas have plenty of seating and lead down to the large enclosed lawned area, a wonderful private area to play games or sunbathe.
Winford is a neighbouring district to Apse Heath, which has a small supermarket store, and there is a bigger store a short drive away. You’ll enjoy beautiful woodland walks in the nearby Borthwood Copse, where you will find an array of different trees and plenty of wildlife. The main cycle path from Sandown to Newport is accessed a few minutes away in Alverstone Village and the shopping town of Newport is about 15-20 minutes’ drive away, making this spot an ideal base to explore the whole Island. It is also on a bus route for convenience. Beach 2 ½ miles.

Located in Sandown, this cottage is by the sea. Shanklin Old Village and Isle of Wight Steam Railway are local landmarks, and some of the area's attractions include Garlic Farm and Isle of Wight Donkey Sanctuary. Sandown Pier and Isle of Wight Owl and Falconry Centre are also worth visiting.
