The master bedroom is guaranteed to provide you with a wonderful nights rest, ample storage space is provided, with USB charging points as well as wall mounted TV. The twin room is bright and spacious, with ample storage and shelving space. The living room offers a large L-shaped sofa which will allow evenings to be spent in comfort, facing the large Flatscreen Smart TV and warming fireplace. There is additional sleeping for 2 via the pull down sofa bed. The family bathroom offers a bright and clean space with large shower enclosure, WC, basin and mirrored vanity cabinet. You also have your own patio area furnished with quality seating and private outdoor hot tub, the perfect way to enjoy the beautiful country views which surround the park. Added extras include towels, allocated parking for one car and welcome pack. Pets are not accepted in this accommodation.. Pets are not allowed in the Cliffs restaurant, however the construction of our fully heated and covered outdoor seating area allows our guests to enjoy an al fresco dining experience which is also pet friendly. As this area is fully heated it can be enjoyed all year round.

Due to the location of the park being situated on a hill it might not be suitable for guests with disabilities. If you are unsure please contact Hoseasons so we can assist you before making your booking.
Security Deposit
Please be aware that there is a £250 security deposit for all lodges and hot tub accommodation, and £100 for caravans.

Please use travel directions provided on invoice instead of sat nav.
Hot tubs:
We can't garantee that your hot tub will be ready to use on the first night due to a complete refill. Hot tubs must be vacated by 10pm.
On Friday we are hosting a cheese and wine evening - £10 a ticket.

On Saturday there is a Fancy dress disco with prizes for the best dressed. 8pm – Late.

On Sunday there is a Big spring quiz and bingo at the Cliffs from 6pm.
