Welcome to our stunning static caravan located in Brean, Somerset, in the beautiful South West of England. This Platinum 3-bedroom accommodation features a wrap-around decking area complete with a cube table and chairs, perfect for enjoying the outdoors. The enclosed garden ensures a safe space for children to play, and there's a washing line for your convenience. Our goal is to provide a home-like atmosphere, with carefully considered amenities to enhance your stay. The surrounding area is rich with attractions, including Rjs entertainment club, a Chinese takeaway, and a bike hire center, all within walking distance, along with a swimming pool market and a tavern offering great food and entertainment.

As a self-catering holiday option, our caravan is equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. The kitchen includes a fridge freezer, hob, oven, kettle, toaster, and microwave, along with essential cleaning materials and an iron. For entertainment, the caravan features a television and internet access. Accommodating up to six guests, the caravan has three bedrooms: the first bedroom contains a double bed with an en-suite (no shower), wardrobe, dressing table, and a TV; the second and third bedrooms each have two single beds, bedside cabinets, and wardrobes. There are two bathrooms available, ensuring convenience for all guests.

For a seamless experience, we provide duvets and pillows, with optional bedding available for an additional cost. Guests are required to have passes for access to Holiday Resort Unity amenities, including discounted swimming, golf, and entertainment options. These passes, along with vehicle passes for two cars, will be arranged by the host and provided upon check-in. A security bond is required four weeks prior to your holiday, which will be refunded after a damage check. Please note that the site has specific rules, including no hen or stag parties, no pets, and restrictions on commercial vehicles.

The caravan's location near Burnham-on-Sea offers easy access to local attractions, including Brean Golf Club and the natural beauty of Mendip Hills and Berrow Sands. Families can enjoy nearby attractions like Brean Splash Waterpark and Brean Theme Park. To ensure a smooth booking process, guests must provide essential information to the host after confirming their booking, including an email address for sending terms and conditions.
