The house is just a 5-minute walk away from the bustling high street, with its great shops, bars and restaurants. Inside you'll find plenty of space to relax and unwind.
The house boasts a private hot tub in the rear patio, perfect for relaxing after a busy day, as well as fast WiFi throughout, ensuring you can stay connected during your stay.
This beautiful and spacious property is the perfect blend of luxury and convenience, offering all the amenities you need for an unforgettable stay in the town.
The bedrooms are all beautifully presented, with comfortable beds and plenty of storage space, while the living area is the perfect place to unwind, with comfortable seating and a flat-screen TV.
The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare meals, and the dining area is a small but cosy space to enjoy it.
Whether you're visiting Maidstone with family or friends, this spacious three bedroom house is the perfect base from which to explore everything our vibrant town has to offer.
You will have access to the WHOLE HOUSE during your stay. You will not be sharing any amenities with anybody.

Our neighbourhood is bustling with life and has a friendly and welcoming vibe. You'll be able to enjoy a wide variety of shops, cafes, restaurants and bars within walking distance, as well as several attractions that Maidstone has to offer.
Our neighbours are lovely and kind, always ready to lend a helping hand if needed. However, we do advise guests to keep the noise level down after 9 pm as a courtesy to our neighbours. Overall, the neighborhood on Union Street is a perfect blend of urban convenience and suburban comfort. We're confident that you'll feel right at home during your stay with us.
Getting around Maidstone city centre couldn't be easier from our beautiful home on Union Street. Our central location means that you'll be within walking distance of many of the town's main attractions, including the shops, restaurants, and bars on the high street.
There are also several bus stops and three train stations nearby, providing easy access to other parts of the town, to London and to the coast. If you have your own vehicle, please be advised that parking in the town centre can be challenging, particularly during busy times. However, there are several car parks nearby that offer both short and long-term parking options, and we'll be more than happy to provide you with details on these options upon request.
Alternatively, there is free on-street parking available in certain areas of the town, but we recommend checking the signs and restrictions carefully to avoid any parking fines.
This property boasts a prime location at the heart of Maidstone city, just a short 5-minute walk from the Maidstone High Street. You'll have easy access to all the shops, bars, restaurants, and other amenities in the area. Additionally, there are three train stations located nearby, providing convenient transportation options to both London and the coast.
Being located in the busiest part of Maidstone city, there are on-street parking options available for your convenience. If you prefer off-street parking, the long stay car park on Union Street is an option at £7.30 for the day and £2 for the night, totalling £9.30 for a full day's parking. Alternatively, you can park at the nearby NCP car park on Wheeler Street for just around £5 per day. Both parking options offer ample space with little to no issues in finding a parking spot
Either way, both the parking areas have ample spots and we have never had any problems finding a parking bay.
This vacation home is located in Maidstone. The area's natural beauty can be seen at Vinters Valley Nature Reserve and Oare Marshes Nature Reserve, while Tyrewhitt-Drake Museum of Carriages and Maidstone Museum are cultural highlights. Kent Life and Stoneacre are also worth visiting.
