Its proximity to the water—only ten feet away at high tide—ensures a truly immersive experience in nature.
The property boasts an array of amenities designed for leisure and enjoyment. Guests can engage in various water activities such as fishing, kayaking, and paddleboarding at no extra charge, making it a perfect choice for outdoor enthusiasts. Additionally, the communal garden and games room provide entertainment options, featuring a pool table, air hockey, darts, and PlayStation games. For special occasions, there is an outdoor bar seating area equipped with a gas fire pit, which can be reserved in advance. The area is also equipped with fire pits and gas patio heaters, extending the outdoor experience into the winter months.
Visitors are encouraged to communicate with their hosts in advance if they plan to bring an electric vehicle, as charging from the property’s power supply is available but will incur additional costs. This charge will be calculated based on the current kilowatt-hour rates and will be deducted from the rental deposit or billed separately at the end of the stay. The property is family-friendly; however, children must be supervised by adults when using the games room or engaging in outdoor activities.
